Execute a soft reboot of both your camera and computer. If the problem persists, consider a hard reboot of the PC.

Try different configurations involving cables, host slots, and even separate host controllers instead of integrated ones.

Step 02 – Create a support ticket

Providing comprehensive details in your support request expedites our response and enhances the quality of our assistance.

  • Camera model and serial number

  • xiCOP diagnostic report (for Windows and Linux)

  • Version of software package

  • Operating system type and version used

  • Clear description of your camera setup and the specific issue you are encountering, include photos or diagrams if necessary

After submitting a ticket, you will receive notification emails regarding any changes made to the status of the Ticket.
